In addition to a large number of smaller jobs and contracts, Josh Allen has provided general contracting services to me as the Property Manager and Owner’s Representative of a client Homeowner’s Association. I worked very closely with Josh to coordinate to complete removal and replacement of all shingle systems, gutters and privacy fences in an association that consisted of 17 8-plexes. This was no small task, and required a tremendous amount of timing, planning, control of a large number of workers and scheduling, and a sensitivity to the needs of the homeowners. The work was finished well ahead of schedule, every punch-list item was addressed with rapid and clear resolutions (many times when it was not his to fix, Josh decided to take a small hit to continue the friendly relationship with his client). Elite Remodeling Services spent an hour with us going over any questions we had. We received the estimate by mail a couple of days later. The work started much earlier than we expected, and was completed earlier than expected as well. Also, Elite Remodeling Services gave us a list of measures we needed to take around the house, before the roofers arrived, including issues with pets and removal of wall hangings, so nothing would get damaged.
