Roof Proposal
Before we begin work on your roof, we will carefully lay out a roofing proposal. It is possible that you will see items listed on the proposal that your insurance company will not cover. If you feel that this work should be covered, we can have you file a supplement request and discuss the estimate with the adjuster. If you want an item removed from the proposal because insurance will not cover it, we can do that as well and revise your estimate.
Keep in mind that your proposal may have some slight variations due to different measuring methods or accuracy standards. If you notice a discrepancy, contact us right away and we will adjust the quote. We can also make a recommendation to upgrade your roofing system and/or ventilation system.
